Admin, office, field, partner admin, and sales roles have different responsibilities. The platform reflects those boundaries, including controlled access to restricted documents and explicit handling of lead conflicts.
The installable web experience brings the workflow onto a phone without requiring a separate native app.
A repeatable foundation.
The platform uses React, TanStack Router, and Convex. Each deployment can use the same underlying version while applying its own configuration, theme, and seed data.
Core user journeys are tested with Playwright, and error monitoring is built in. The portfolio visual is an illustrative interface with sample content; no customer information is displayed.
